Price and location.

First time staying in a Japanese hotel. Getting use to smaller size room.

The hotel was quiet and clean

Hallways to rooms are outside, so you are exposed to the weather right when you open the door

I always enjoy my stay at APA hotels. They are clean, comfortable beds, good tv, small fridge, decent size room and bathroom. The location was good, 5min walk to the nearest metro station. The staff was kind and friendly. The gentleman that welcomed me when I arrived, was very funny and polite to help me check in (fast and easy check-in as usual). I was solo traveler.

Very convenient hotel for sightseeing around Tokyo, as the hotel is located five minutes from a metro stop. The neighborhood is extremely clean and safe, and the hotel has laundry facilities in the lobby. Fresh towels and Yukata are provided daily. The room is small but I found it perfectly comfortable for one person.

The carpet in my room could have been a bit cleaner. Putting my bag under the bed caused a white powdery substance to get on my bag.

Not much. The location is convenient, but beyond that there is little or nothing to recommend this place.

Our stay was part of a wider trip to Japan that involved staying in 6 different locations. This hotel was BY FAR the worst hotel that we stayed in. The rooms are small, even by Japanese standards. Our room was dirty and very poorly maintained (decorations, plumbing issues, broken fittings). The staff were generally unhelpful and uninterested.The breakfast room was quite simply filthy. The floor was sticky, serving counters were dirty and crockery was not properly washed. The lady running the breakfast room was more interested in watching videos on her phone than serving customers. The breakfast itself was disappointing compared to the other hotels we used.The day before we left we asked the front desk to order a taxi to the airport. On the day we found out they had forgotten to do so and had to order one ourselves at short notice meaning a late arrival at the airport.

Modern, clean, comfortable and pleasant room, normal size/square.

The TV was too bright for evening/night hours it would be great to have an option to enable a night mode or simply reduce the brightness.

Room was exceptional, with all the facilities every day. Very good location, only 2 min walk to near train station 40 min to airport, 10 min to Shibuya cross by train. The staff was kind and helpful.

good location, peaceful, near the subway station. not crowded. near konbini and coin laundry area. I appreciate the origami activity for kodomo ni hi. we enjoyed folding papers and goodies.

It’s better than typical budget hotel, not just more spacious, but also everything more refined, more attention to detail, more helpful staff. It’s definitely the result of good management who put consideration from angle of customers. Put up!

Clean and friendly staff

The room is super small. There is absolutely no extra space when you have a luggage.

Location was perfect. Few mins walk from the Ningyocho station. Small, but safe, clean and secure room. Staff were kind and happy to accomodate us leaving luggage with them prior to check in.

Bed was hard as a rock. Pillow was thin and uncomfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at APA Hotel Ningyocho Ekikita (this is my second time). The hotel location is great, the personnel are polite, and all the amenities have been provided. Price/Quality ratio met my expectations.I marked comfort level as good due to the fact the room is a standard small one suitable for 1 or 2 travelers. Nice choice for those who want to save some money and have a pleasant stay in Tokyo.Breakfast was excellent!

Good location, most of touristic Tokyo is easily reachable by transport within 20-40 minutes. Small rooms but within normal expectations for Tokyo

Cleaning staff randomly left trash behind in the room even on full cleaning days. On the last full cleaning day nothing was cleaned at all

The location is good, just a few min walk from the Ningyocho station.The room is small,but cozy and has most of the things you might need.Some staff speaks English and are very helpful.

It would be good to have more English speaking staff.

The stay was very pleasant, the staff did amazing and it was in the centre, but a peaceful location, so whenever I left to take the metro (which was really close) I saw barely any people and my stay was during April. The hotel looked really good outside and inside, and the room was not too big, but totally enough for one person. The power outlets were usb and Type A outlets, so also convenient if you somehow forgot to take the Adapter or a japanese plug. Overall an amazing stay, I have also been to other Apa hotels and this was the best one out of them, in my opinion. Although all of them were amazing.

The only small minus was the fact that I didn’t get any chopsticks or forks in my hotel, but I think that if I would ask for them the staff would give them to me with no problem. I just think it would be more convenient to get them in the room, but a lot of stores will also give the plastic / wooden ones to you for free as well ( 7/11, Lawson for example ) while buying the meals.

Good location, quieter neighborhood but with great restaurants and bars, short walk to the train; small but well appointed and clean room; nice shower and tub; was able to purchase late checkout directly from the TV which was nice
